Blueprint Louisiana is a group of concerned citizens that have banded together to push for vast improvements to our state. The Young Leaders Team consists of young men and women from around our state who are committed to Louisiana and support Blueprint Louisiana’s reform agenda. This team is an important component of Blueprint Louisiana’s grassroots efforts, which are essential to creating the state we deserve.
These are young leaders who serve as an ambassador for Blueprint Louisiana in their professional and social networks. In addition to providing Blueprint Louisiana with guidance and advice on local issues, they also help promote Blueprint Louisiana membership by identifying outreach opportunities and engaging young leaders in their community.

These are college students who represent Blueprint Louisiana on their campus. In addition to providing Blueprint Louisiana with guidance and advice on campus issues, they also help promote Blueprint Louisiana membership by identifying outreach opportunities and engaging students on their campus. In return for their efforts, College Captains receive a certificate of accomplishment from Blueprint Louisiana and have the opportunity to earn up to 3 hours of elective course credit.
